About the role

This is a full-time Hotel Checker position at Benguet Prime Hotel & Restaurant, located in the beautiful city of Baguio. As a Hotel Checker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel by monitoring guest check-in and check-out processes, room occupancy, and overall hotel operations.

• Oversee the check-in and check-out of hotel guests, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
• Manage room occupancy and inventory, including monitoring available rooms and updating reservation systems
• Assist with resolving any guest inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel staff to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
• Perform routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Provide accurate and up-to-date reports on hotel operations, occupancy, and guest feedback
• Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives
