We are looking for a highly skilled and leadership-driven Analysis Microbiology Supervisor to oversee our laboratory operations and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality control! If you have a strong background in microbiological testing and speak both Thai and English, we want you on our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise laboratory personnel, ensuring strict compliance with established laboratory protocols.
Oversee microbiological analysis and laboratory operations to maintain quality control standards.
Analyze test results, generate comprehensive technical reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Uphold and enforce Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and ISO standards.
Maintain strict laboratory safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance at all times.- What We Are Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Food Technology, Medical Technology, Biotechnology, or a related science field.
Language: Professional fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is required.
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in microbiological analysis or QA, ideally within a food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment. Leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Core Knowledge: Strong familiarity with laboratory procedures, testing methods, GLP, GMP, HACCP, and ISO compliance.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Food Technology, Medical Technology, Biotechnology, or any related field.
Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
At least 2–3 years of experience in microbiological analysis, laboratory operations, or quality assurance, preferably in a food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods, laboratory procedures, and quality control standards.
Experience in supervising laboratory personnel and ensuring compliance with laboratory protocols.
Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and ISO standards.
Ability to analyze test results, prepare reports, and provide technical recommendations.
Commitment to maintaining laboratory safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
