A highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both Thai and English? We are looking for a skilled Document Control Officer to join our growing team!
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing, organizing, and securing our company's vital records, ensuring seamless communication and compliance across teams.- Key Responsibilities:
Manage, update, and retrieve technical and administrative documents accurately.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems using document management tools.
Coordinate documentation requirements across departments, ensuring compliance with organizational and ISO standards.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.- What We Are Looking For:
Education: Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Information Management, or any related discipline.
Language: Professional fluency in both Thai and English (written and verbal) is required.Experience: 1–2 years of experience in document control or administration is preferred, but promising candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), highly organized, and an eye for strict attention to detail.
Qualifications/Requirements
DOCUMENT CONTROL OFFICER - THAI, ENGLISH
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Information Management, or any related field.
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in document control, records management, or administrative work is an advantage.
- Knowledge of document management systems and filing procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain, update, and retrieve documents accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
