Post billing charges and generate a billing invoice through YUNAS
Sends billings invoices and summary to clients within the required billing delivery lead time
Maintains a transmittal monitoring file to ensure all issued invoices are printed and transmitted to the client.
Generates and sends open files to concerned departments on a weekly basis
Prepares and processes credit memo requests within 24hours from receipt of invoice/request.
Coordinates with CS/Sales on any billing discrepancies or problems on rates/terms/arrangements/billing party prior to creation of billing.
Review client/job profitability for proper matching of revenue and cost.
