WFH Property Management & Leasing Coordinator (Buildium)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management & Leasing Coordinator (Buildium) to support the day-to-day operations of our rental properties. This role combines leasing coordination, tenant communication, property marketing, and administrative support to help ensure smooth property operations and a positive tenant experience.

• Monday to Friday, flexible schedule during client business hours ; 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)

• Market available properties by updating listings and conducting outreach to senior centers, affordable housing websites, and prospective tenants
• Respond to tenant inquiries, distribute application materials, and assist applicants throughout the leasing process
• Schedule property viewings and coordinate appointments with prospective tenants and internal team members
• Track leads and maintain consistent follow-up using standardized outreach communications
• Submit and monitor maintenance work orders through Buildium to ensure timely resolution
• Serve as a liaison between property management, maintenance, cleaning teams, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly

• Previous experience in property management, leasing administration, real estate support, or a similar role
• Familiarity with and experience with Buildium
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable handling phone calls and tenant communications through cloud-based phone systems

• Focus on long-term leasing operations, tenant communication, and affordable housing outreach
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams to support seamless property management processes
• Manage recurring outreach, scheduling, and administrative workflows with consistency and accuracy
• Help streamline operations by taking ownership of key administrative and leasing functions
