Job Title: Unit Manager (Accounts Management)
Primarily focused in leasing out of the projects to deliver occupancy targets of Mall Offices. The role also includes periodic review and recommendation of process improvement in Leasing to optimize the Department’s performance and productivity.Liaises with Mall Offices' Program Management and Office of the BU Head in strategizing the expansion projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
LEASE MANAGEMENT- Collaborate with the executive representatives and leaders of the brokerage firms in marketing of the projects.
- Build strong client/customer network.
- Constantly evaluate and look for opportunities for Department growth.
- Liaise with Program Management and Office of the BU Head in strategizing the expansion projects.
- Assist Program Management in reviewing, developing and execution of the project business plans.
- Constantly review and recommend process improvement in Leasing to optimize the Department’s performance and productivity.
- Collate notable customer concerns and feedback to put together systematized improvement of product and business process.
- Liaise with Regional Program Manager and respective Mall/Building Operations/Property Manager in strategizing on how to attend to a
- 8 years in experience in the Corporate Real Estate industry with adept lease negotiation, operations, account and property management.
- Business Management Graduate, preferably with basic knowledge on Real Estate and Philippine Civil Code.
- Clear and dynamic communicator with strong persuasive negotiation skills.
- Competent in contract review backed by knowledge on Philippine Civil Code and Real Estate laws.
- Good corporate governance to drive the Department’s performance.
- Proficient in MS Office / Property Management / Financial Management.
- With excellent negotiation and presentation skills
