Job Description:

We are hiring Food Delivery Account Agents to assist customers, riders, and partner merchants with inquiries related to food orders, deliveries, payments, and account concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer, rider, and merchant inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, and delivery concerns
• Provide accurate information about orders, payments, promos, and account updates
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and updates in the system
• Escalate unresolved or complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on food delivery systems, tools, and customer service processes

Requirements:

• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer literacy and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite Cebu City
