Job Description
We are looking for Food Delivery Account Representatives to assist customers, riders, and partner merchants with inquiries, order concerns, and service-related issues. Provide timely solutions while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer, rider, and merchant inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, and delivery concerns
- Provide step-by-step guidance for app-related issues
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately
- Escalate complex or urgent concerns when necessary
- Meet service quality and productivity targets
Schedule & Training:
- Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on systems and account processes
Requirements:
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with good attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City
