Job Description
We’re looking for a Food Delivery Account Agent to engage customers, promote products or services, and help meet sales targets. You’ll assist clients, answer inquiries, and provide excellent support across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions
- Assist customers with orders, subscriptions, or service upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Achieve personal and team sales targets
- Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on sales procedures and company systems (Day 1)
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused, goal-driven, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills with multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
