Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cyber Security Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our growing team at DACTA Global. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and expanding our partner network, driving revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships, and ensuring exceptional partner engagement.

You will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies, strengthening relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and System Integrators (SIs), while also guiding and supporting your team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with channel partners (VARs, MSPs, SIs).
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand market reach.
  • Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to ensure partner success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical support, product management) to deliver impactful partner programs and initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of channel sales professionals, setting clear targets and providing constructive feedback.
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights to optimize channel performance and accelerate growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in cybersecurity channel sales or related IT sales.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
