  • Research new potential markets and develops a growth strategy focused both on revenue growth and
  • client satisfaction.
  • Visits new markets, generates leads and establishes all needed contacts.
  • Supports in kicking off an operation when needed.
  • Plans, develops, and oversees the overall business development strategies, and determines KPIs.
  • Maintains, retains, and increases the value of current client relationship while identifying areas for
  • potential clients and arranges meetings with prospective ones.
  • In-depth knowledge of business services and value proposition.
  • Keeps abreast of trends and changes in the business world, especially in the Telecom infra an Asset
  • Management sector.
  • Identifies and maps business strengths and clients need and be able to respond effectively with a
  • plan.
  • Builds strong relationships with Telecom professionals, MNOs, towercos, suppliers and vendors.
  • Trains and sets goals for the Business Development team.
  • Develops business proposals for prospective clients.
  • Reports on successes and areas needing improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Strong technical skills related to the telecom infrastructure and asset management
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and manage complex projects
  • Excellent command in Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and CRM software
