SALES OPENER
Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and organized Sales Opener to act as the first point of contact in our client engagement process. This full-time role is vital to ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to closing, qualifying potential clients through calls and chats, and setting the stage for high-converting interactions.You will work closely with closers and play an integral role in our client communication strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming chat conversations and conduct scheduled calls to gather insurance information, effectively qualifying candidates for our services.
- Coordinate with closers to schedule client engagements and assist with follow-up calls as needed.
- Make outbound calls to maintain communication with previous clients, aiming to reengage them with our services.
- Serve as the professional and friendly first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs in Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and Salesforce is essential.
- Familiarity with soft-phone app management through Salesforce is required.
- Knowledge of Facebook Meta Chat is a plus, but not required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center and sales environment.
- Ability to think quickly, navigate calls smoothly, and maintain professionalism.
- Must have a clear voice and strong English comprehension to avoid pauses during timed conversations.
- Demonstrates compassion, resilience, and the ability to provide honest feedback to help foster long-term client commitment.
- Able to work a 40-hour work week
