We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a progressive company in a rapidly growing sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Basic Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various company databases and systems. Attention to detail is crucial. You should have experience with: Google Sheets and WordPress, bonus points if you're experienced with Webflow and Airtable too
  • Write daily brief for that lists importance by priority
  • When a task is assigned confirm that the understanding of that task
  • Email sourcing of companies/brands
  • Travel planning (planes, cars, accommodations, tours, itinerary building)
  • Proficient and organized Google spreadsheet building skills

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong competency in Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress & web flow) and social media platforms
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • We need someone who is extremely loyal
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Extremely intelligent and extreme willingness and ambition to learn new things
  • Ability to learn complex tasks
  • Ability to use ChatGPT to help them improve themselves and be more efficient
  • Ability to learn from educational resources I provide them, whenever I don’t have specific tasks for them to do, I expect them to be learning every hour they are not executing task
  • Adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback with a positive attitude, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work onsite on a night shift, holidays, and render OT when needed
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
