Night Shift Accounts Manager – BPO Opportunity (US Clients | Solar & Battery Industry)

Are you up for a fresh challenge and the chance to lead something exciting? We’re looking for a confident and capable Accounts Manager to take the reins of our newly formed night shift team in Cebu, supporting US-based clients in the fast-growing solar and battery industry!

This isn’t just another BPO role—this is your chance to help shape a high-performing team from the ground up, working alongside our established (and awesome!) day shift team who already support Australian customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage a night shift team of up to 20 appointment setters
• Provide sales training and coaching to bring out the best in your team
• Set and smash KPIs while keeping the team motivated and accountable
• Act as the key contact for US clients, maintaining strong relationships and top-notch service
• Prospect and onboard new US clients/accounts, helping to grow our footprint in the solar & battery space
• Identify opportunities and pitch our BPO services to potential US partners
• Collaborate with our leadership team to continuously improve systems and performance

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in BPO account or team management (solar industry = a big plus!)
• Strong background in sales and coaching – you know how to fire up a team and hit targets
• Skilled in client acquisition and relationship building
• Excellent communication skills, especially with US-based clients
• Willing and able to work night shift hours (US time zone)
• Ready to step into a leadership role and make your mark!
