Job Summary:
The Accounting Assistant is responsible in recording financial transactions in the SAP and adjustment required to attain a fair and accurate financial report.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in relevant field
- Graduate of any Accounting course (i.e., Management Accounting, Financial Accounting)
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Knowledgeable in systems, applications, and products (SAP) in data processing
- Freshgraduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to start immediately
Key Responsibilities:
- Process RFPs and cash advance liquidations in SAP A/P Invoice.
- Enter bank deposits in SAP, and prepare a daily summary for Compliance.
- Record and file cash advance liquidations.
- Notify CFA of outstanding cash advances.
- Input expenses and liquidations in SAP A/P Invoice.
- Record all cash and check deposits in SAP.
- Make adjusting entries for depreciation, bank reconciliations, and supplier adjustments.
- Perform other tasks assigned by CFA.
