Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related course.
- With at least 3–5 years of experience in retail and/or wholesale operations, sales management, or branch handling.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage store operations, staff, and sales targets effectively.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledgeable in inventory management, reporting, and customer service.
- Responsible, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
