Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Medical VA Supervisor to lead and support our Medical Virtual Assistant team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, healthcare support experience, and a passion for coaching teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in Medical Virtual Assistance or Healthcare Support
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
Familiarity with medical software, scheduling systems, and EHR platforms
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in team coaching, performance management, and workflow improvement
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations
Willing to work full onsite in Mandaue City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of Medical Virtual Assistants
Monitor team productivity, performance, and service quality
Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
Coordinate schedules and optimize workflow processes
Address operational challenges and implement process improvements
Collaborate with management to achieve departmental goals
