Branch Supervisor

Job Description:

• Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff (Department Supervisors) and with Engineering Supervisor to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements
• Ensure inventory accuracy and regular reporting to the POM and or the GM.
• Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Ensure Proper documentation is strictly adhered to in the movement of all inventory items including Engineering, Service Center, Accounting, HR, Sales, Marketing, and others.
• Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration of inventory and other monitoring systems
• Ensure customer service needs are also attended by Service Center and part of daily delivery plan
• Ensure workplace housekeeping, health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.

Typical work activities include:

• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met in all Department with Supervisors .
• Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress of Department Supervisors
• Communicating with other departments, staff groups and customers
• Overseeing stock control and processing orders;
• Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met;
• Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters;
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements;
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis based on identified and agreed KPI for each Department. To be submitted to Branch Head with assessment and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Degree in any 4 year course
• Years experience in manufacturing industry or equivalent education
• Highly skilled on Microsoft Office product
• Logistics/Supply chain experience
• Ability to analyze and think strategically
• Keen on details, Customer Service Satisfaction (QA skills an advantage)
• Team Player/Builder with good interpersonal relationship skill
• Firm, Neutral and with good leadership towards co worker.
