Accounting Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Must be a CPA.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and budget to ensure financial health and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants for compliance and reporting.
