We are looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Technical Support team. The position involves assisting customers with product-related concerns, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Qualified candidates must have at least 6 months of customer service experience and possess strong English communication skills. High School and Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product usage.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Meet performance, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and technical procedures.
- At least High School or Senior High School Graduate.
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a BPO or related industry.
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or equivalent).
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer navigation and technical skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Clark.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
