Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent service through phone, email, or chat support.

This role is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

With atleast 2 years BPO experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Willing to work onsite in Pampanga.
Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
