Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions regarding technical concerns and account-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving internet, software, hardware, devices, and other technical services.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
- Document customer concerns, resolutions, and account updates accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service in every interaction.
- Meet performance metrics, quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Stay updated on products, services, and troubleshooting processes.
- At least High School/Senior High School Graduate.
- At least 6 months of Call Center experience.
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level preferred).
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite in Clark.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
