Jasmine Global Process Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant (Business Development) to support lead generation and outreach efforts on a fully remote, commission-based arrangement. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn, emails, phone calls, and marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Brevo.
  • Propose and implement additional outreach methods to enhance lead generation.
  • Create and maintain a shared database on OneDrive to track contacted companies and their responses.
  • Segment and document leads accurately for internal reporting and campaign refinement.
  • Achieve agreed outreach and lead generation targets consistently.
Support & Resources Provided
  • A company email address for official communication.
  • Access to Microsoft Teams with VOIP calling for outreach across regions.
  • A call recording system for quality control, training, and performance analysis.
  • Ad-hoc support as mutually agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
