Graphic Designer Lead

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer Lead to oversee visual branding, creative projects, and design execution across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the design function, ensure brand consistency, mentor team members, and collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to create high-impact visual content that drives engagement and supports business growth.

• Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop creative assets for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Review, approve, and provide feedback on design work.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams.
• Mentor and support junior designers.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Previous leadership or senior design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and marketing design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is an advantage.
