A Creative Head leads the creative vision of an organization by developing innovative concepts, overseeing design and content teams, and ensuring all creative output aligns with the brand’s identity and business goals. They manage and guide creative projects from concept to execution, collaborate with marketing and business teams, review and approve creative materials, and ensure consistency, quality, and originality across all platforms.The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, inspiring the team with fresh ideas, and driving impactful campaigns that engage audiences and strengthen the brand.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field
Proven experience in a creative leadership or senior creative role
Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, branding, and campaign work
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Deep understanding of branding, visual design, content strategy, and marketing trends
Proficiency in relevant creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills
