About the role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join the team at Philippine Wine Merchants' in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning and impactful designs that enhance our brand and support our marketing initiatives.
What you'll be doing- Conceptualise and design a variety of marketing materials, including print and digital collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, packaging, and more
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into cohesive, on-brand designs
- Ensure all designs adhere to the company's visual identity guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of your work
- Assist with revisions and provide thoughtful feedback to refine designs
- Manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout
- Ability to take creative direction and translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the marketing team
- Passion for design and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
