Position Overview:
The Remote Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a wide range of positions within the construction sector. This role requires strong knowledge of Australian recruitment practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify candidates with the right technical expertise and cultural fit for our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across construction projects.

- Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations for client review.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the construction or engineering sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience working remotely with international clients is an advantage.
