Recruitment Officer - Responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. This role involves the full cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding support.

1. ) Create and post job advertisements on job boards, career pages and social media platforms.
2. ) Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
3. ) Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
4. ) Maintain and manage applicant tracking file or system.
5. ) Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates

1. ) 1-2 years work experience as recruitment specialist, talent acquisition specialist or similar role.
2. ) Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
3. ) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. ) Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
5. ) People Management skills.
