AU Virtual Administrative Assistant (Remote)

About the Role
  • This is a remote-first role where your knack for staying on top of details and juggling moving parts will shine.
  • You’ll be supporting internal workflows, staff processes, and admin ops for a passionate education and training provider.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep calendars clean and synced across key team members
  • Update CRM records and maintain data accuracy.
  • Assist with HR admin: onboarding, offboarding, and internal staff support.
  • Manage general admin and sales pipeline tasks.
  • Use AI tools to draft and upload social media posts.
