AU Virtual Administrative Assistant (Remote)

- This is a remote-first role where your knack for staying on top of details and juggling moving parts will shine.
- You’ll be supporting internal workflows, staff processes, and admin ops for a passionate education and training provider.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Keep calendars clean and synced across key team members
- Update CRM records and maintain data accuracy.
- Assist with HR admin: onboarding, offboarding, and internal staff support.
- Manage general admin and sales pipeline tasks.
- Use AI tools to draft and upload social media posts.
Job Requirements:

- 2+ years in admin, executive support, or virtual assistant roles.
- You’ve worked remotely and know how to self-manage.
- Experience with Microsoft tools is a must; Zoho experience is a bonus.
- You’ve supported busy teams or directors and kept things running smoothly.
- You’re positive, people-oriented, and know how to work independently.
- You like clarity, good systems, and a team that values your input.
- You're happy to speak up when something can be improved.

- Stay on top of admin with laser-like focus.
- Keep data clean and workflows smooth.

- Monday to Friday ; Day-shift (QLD hours).
- 100% remote — work from home, wherever that may be.
- Occasional check-ins with the AU-based team.
