As a Global Logistics Analyst for Global Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.- Responsible for performing analysis and maintenance of logistic & transportation transactional data
- Investigating and troubleshooting logistics and transportation issues in collaboration with international stakeholders
- Analyze logistics, freight, and transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities
- Maintain accuracy of transport-related master data
- Identifying improvement opportunities and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational issues
- Close cooperation and follow-up with sources of supply (Manufacturing Plants, Distribution Centers)
- Responsible for escalation of issues as needed
- Responding to order status enquiries from Customer Service / Business Logistic Services Organizations on a Global level
- Proactive problem identification and resolution
- Observe and report process risks to the Supervisor
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within agreed SLA targets
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
- Key skills – Previous experience working with SAP, knowledge of Spanish language will be an asset
- Education - bachelor's degree
- Past experience - Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics.
- Language - Must be fluent in English and Spanish
