The Facilities Reservations and Logistics Officer is responsible for managing facility reservations, logistics coordination, and stakeholder support across Ateneo's external campuses (Rockwell, Salcedo, and ASMPH) and centralized sports facilities.This role serves as the primary liaison for reservation requests, scheduling concerns, and operational requirements, ensuring efficient, accurate, and customer-focused service delivery.
The position oversees facility booking schedules, coordinates with various campus units to support events and venue readiness, and ensures seamless facility operations while maintaining compliance with centralized policies and procedures. The officer also provides operational support and coverage for the Facilities Reservations and Logistics team during peak periods and staff absences.
Key responsibilities include managing reservations and logistics, resolving booking conflicts, maintaining accurate scheduling records, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing utilization and compliance reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives for facilities management services.
This project-based role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different campus locations.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in logistics coordination, event management, or facility scheduling, preferably within a large institutional or academic setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in facility scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder liaison.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage a large geographical scope, and function as a flexible team player when providing coverage.
