Job Title: HR Generalist– Administration, Government Documentation, Payroll & Recruitment

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized HR Executive to manage various HR functions including administrative tasks, government documentation, payroll processing, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, compliance with government regulations, and effective talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and handle HR correspondence and documentation.
  • Government Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and submit government-related documentation such as labor permits, employee insurance, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately, ensure timely salary disbursement, handle statutory deductions, and manage employee benefits.
  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and select candidates, coordinate interviews, extend job offers, and support onboarding processes.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Keep abreast of government regulations affecting HR policies and ensure adherence across all processes.
  • Reporting: Generate reports related to payroll, statutory compliance, and recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR with knowledge of government documentation and statutory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory regulations such as ESI, PF, and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, payroll software, and MS Office.
