Job Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in an architectural role, preferably with a focus on interior projects.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working on both residential and commercial interior projects.
- Excellent spatial planning, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with an understanding of how architecture and interior design intersect.
Core responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the interior design team to develop cohesive architectural and interior design concepts that align with project goals and client visions.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, models, and renderings for interior spaces, ensuring functional and aesthetic design integration.
- Prepare construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections, adhering to industry standards and local building codes.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress, ensure quality control, and address any architectural issues that arise during construction.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and external consultants to ensure the seamless execution of designs from concept to completion.
- Assist in client presentations, providing clear and compelling visual and verbal communication of design solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and building technologies to bring fresh ideas to the design process.
