APPRENTICE ARCHITECT

JOB SUMMARY:

You will assist with preparing drawings, models, and presentations, conducting site research, and coordinating with consultants and clients under the guidance of licensed architects.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or architecture students pursuing licensure who are eager to learn and contribute to real-world projects in a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Plans
• Produce construction and Contract documents
• Produce as-built drawings
• Attend project meetings & Site Visits (if needed)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Strong Team Player with a collaborative mindset
• Proficient in 2D Drafting & 3D Modeling
• Rendering Skills (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, etc.) are a plus
• Basic Knowledge of Building Codes & Construction Methods
• Skilled in Software Tools:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrato
• Microsoft Word & Excel
• Detail-Oriented and capable of producing accurate technical drawings
• Strong Organizational Skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent Communication & Coordination Skills
• Willingness to Learn and take feedback constructively
• Punctual and Responsible with time and task management
• With own laptop
• Willing to be trained in quantity estimates
