Quantity Surveyor

Taylormade Construction and Realty Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The role will be responsible for project cost management, quantity take-offs, budget monitoring, and contract/commercial support across our residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets
• Monitor project costs, billings, and variations throughout project implementation
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents for costing and commercial evaluation
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Construction teams regarding project cost requirements
• Assist in bid evaluation, contractor billing review, and progress valuation
• Prepare cost reports, budget analyses, and project documentation
• Ensure project costs are aligned with approved budgets and company standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Preferably with experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering, or construction cost management
• Experience in real estate, housing, or construction industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying/costing tools
