Job Description
- Perform quantity take-offs for Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical works.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive and up-to-date pricing.
- Evaluate contractor bid proposals and verify scope of work.
- Assist in site inspections as required.
- Analyze and validate bid costs to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and present bid evaluation reports to supervisors and procurement leads.
- Prepare and present project updates during procurement meetings.
- Job Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of quantity surveying experience required.
- Bachelor's degree qualification required.
- Comprehensive quantity surveying experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software is specifically required for quantity takeoff work.
