Job description

The Centralized Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to attorneys and solicitors. The role involves preparing documents and correspondence, organizing files, coordinating tasks, and assisting in claims management while ensuring compliance with protocols and maintaining attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Prepare emails, correspondences, and applications.
  • Coordinate with heads to ensure that tasks are done in an efficient manner.
  • Organize documents and exhibit excellent attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance to manuals and protocols.
  • Possess problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Manage claims together with solicitors and attorneys to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the client.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently in law school or a graduate in law school is preferred or a degree holder in any discipline.
  • Willing to work during Australian business hours.
  • High aptitude for learning new concepts, processes, and technology.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
