Executive Assistant to the founder

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the company's executive team. This role requires someone who can effectively manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle administrative tasks, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Organize documents, contracts, and confidential files.
  • Follow up with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Assist in project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct online research and gather information as needed.
  • Take meeting minutes and monitor action items.
  • Support company events and administrative operations.
  • Perform other executive and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience coordinating projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Drive, and project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
