Executive Assistant to the founder

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the company's executive team. This role requires someone who can effectively manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle administrative tasks, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Organize documents, contracts, and confidential files.
- Follow up with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Assist in project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct online research and gather information as needed.
- Take meeting minutes and monitor action items.
- Support company events and administrative operations.
- Perform other executive and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Drive, and project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
