OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Qualifications:
- Must graduate a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in with a background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- Knowledgeable in Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), Food Safety Regulations, and HACCP protocols.
- Willing to assign in Tipolo Mandaue City.
- Can start immediately.
Job Specifications:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and standardized execution.
- Ensure accurate inventory management.
- Enforce proper ordering, receiving, and storage procedures.
- Monitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Profitability management (cost control, labor and waste management, inventory optimization).
- Address operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, and service protocols.
