We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist who can balance outreach, admin, and coordination while building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. This role is ideal for someone hungry to grow into a full sales position.
What You’ll Be Doing- Identify and research potential B2C and B2B clients (travel agents, corporate partners, group organisers, trade partners) using CRM tools, LinkedIn, directories, and industry platforms
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Qualify prospects based on key criteria such as group size, travel timing, budget, and interests
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, follow-ups, and pipeline updates
- Support the sales team by preparing proposals, pricing, and customised itineraries
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate between reservations, sales, and suppliers
- Handle initial customer inquiries and ensure smooth handover to the sales team
- Track performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve lead generation and outreach strategies
- Participate in product and sales training, with the opportunity to transition into a closing role
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, admin, or reservations (travel/hospitality experience is a plus)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence in calls and virtual meetings
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Highly organised with strong calendar and task management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up discipline
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely or across time zones
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and move into a sales role
