Business Analyst

The Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective, scalable solutions. This role is responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, project support, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver successful business and technology initiatives.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Create process flows, use cases, workflow diagrams, and other documentation.
• Support project planning, timeline management, and risk identification.
• Develop and execute test plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-deployment support.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong technical documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with business analysis and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Proven track record in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process improvement.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
