The position supports project delivery through process analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification Requirements:

• The Consultant: 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation (Odoo experience is a significant advantage).
• The Strategist: You have a deep understanding of Financial Integrity and Scope Control—you know how to guide clients toward standard solutions that work.
• The Professional: You hold a degree in Information Systems, IT, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Certified (or Ready to Be): You either hold or are prepared to obtain the Official Odoo Functional Certification within your first 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Architect Integrated Cycles: Take full ownership of validating complex end-to-end flows, including Procure-to-Pay (Landed Costs, 3-way matching) and Order-to-Cash (Revenue Recognition, AR aging).
• Master Inventory-Accounting Integration: Configure and validate Automated Inventory Valuation (AVCO/FIFO) and ensure every warehouse move (Scrap, Returns, Adjustments) generates the correct Journal Entries.
• Financial Integrity: Design the Chart of Accounts and Analytic Accounting segments; perform "Stock-to-Ledger" reconciliations to ensure the Balance Sheet matches physical reality.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure the system is ready for CAS and POS accreditation and lead the validation of Fiscal Year-End and Opening Balances.
• Project Leadership: Enforce a "Standard-First" approach to hit 3-month Go-Live targets while managing stakeholder expectations and scope.
