Data Analyst

A Data Analyst in supports operations by transforming complex data into clear insights that drive performance and client satisfaction. The role involves managing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, identifying trends, and creating reports and dashboards that help leaders make informed decisions and optimize processes.

• Proficient in SQL - Strong query writing and optimization skills
• Proficient in data structures and large data management - Experience handling complex datasets
• Data visualization expertise - Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in any BI platform (Tableau, Mode, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
• Snowflake experience - Ability to communicate and work with Snowflake data warehouse
• Insights generation - Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful, actionable insights
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Strong communication - Ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving - Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards to support leadership, Intake, and legal operations teams.
• Insights generation - Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful, actionable insights
• Strong understanding of data concepts, including managing large datasets, working with wide vs. long structures, handling data granularity and aggregation, and performing data modeling and optimization. Experienced in developing intuitive, user-friendly dashboards for stakeholders.

• Advanced SQL Proficiency
• Strong ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for large, multi-source datasets - Large-Scale Data Management & Data Structures
• Proven experience working with complex, high-volume datasets, including data modeling, validation, and performance optimization.
• Business Intelligence & Data Visualization
• Expertise in building interactive dashboards and automated reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Mode, Looker, or Power BI to support operational and client-facing decisions.
• Snowflake Data Warehouse Experience
• Hands-on experience querying, managing, and collaborating with stakeholders using Snowflake as a centralized data platform.
• Multi-Account Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Ability to manage and analyze data across multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights
• Understanding of key performance indicators such as AHT, SLA, CSAT, FCR, Occupancy, Shrinkage, and Attrition
• Strong attention to data integrity, validation processes, and documentation across multiple datasets and clients.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to balance reporting deadlines and ad-hoc requests across multiple programs and accounts.
