Graphic Designer and Marketing Executive

One of our clients in the Healthcare industry is looking to hire a Graphic Designer and Marketing Executive for their office in BGC, Taguig.

About the Role

Web design and management experience using Webflow is highly desirable, as this is our web platform of choice, managed in-house.

• Creating and managing digital and print-ready designs for marketing materials such as social media graphics, email templates, presentations, posters, and brochures
• Ensuring brand identity is consistently applied across all visual assets and marketing communications
• Collaborating closely with the marketing and business development teams to develop creative assets
• Designing and managing website updates, landing pages, and content optimisation using Webflow
• Supporting general marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, website optimisation, email marketing campaigns, and other ad hoc marketing activities
• Providing creative input for marketing campaigns and brand development strategies
• Conducting market and competitor research to ensure our designs and content remain modern and competitive
• Assisting in the creation of PDF/PowerPoint presentations and proposal designs to support business development efforts
• The selected candidate will be assigned to the TAC Healthcare role internally.

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Strong experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work (essential)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva (essential)
• Knowledge of Webflow or similar website design and content management platforms is highly desirable
• Experience in a generalist marketing role, supporting a range of marketing tasks
• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality, professional designs
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a UK-based team.
