We are looking for a Performance Designer specializing in static and graphic creatives. This role is responsible for translating brand identities into highly adaptable, conversion-focused advertising materials. You will support the user acquisition team by producing a continuous pipeline of static images, layouts, and banners optimized for large-scale A/B testing across global marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Dimensional Creative Extension
- Transform core brand assets or guidelines into a full suite of advertising banners and native-style placements across multiple standard ad sizes and formats.
- Rapid Graphic Iteration
- Develop multiple variations of layouts, typography styles, and promotional messaging to support high-volume performance testing.
- Continuously refine and optimize designs based on performance feedback and testing requirements.
- AI-Driven Creative Scaling
- Integrate AI-powered image workflows, including prompt engineering, outpainting, and background replacement.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate the production of creative variations while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality.
- Proven experience in high-volume graphic production for digital marketing, user acquisition, or performance advertising.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and A/B testing principles.
