Job Overview:
- You will have to maintain and monitor important documents like company permits, employee data, etc. Also, you will have to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Objectives:
- To maintain and safekeep accurate records of employees.
- To make sure that company permits and licenses are up to date.
- To coordinate with other departments as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make purchase orders for office supplies.
- Greet, and handle visitors/guests’ inquiries.
- Maintain and update employee data; includes 201 filings and encoding.
- Liaise pending requirements with new employees before onboarding orientation.
- Communicate with the appropriate department regarding phone and/or email inquiries; responsible for the monitoring of calls.
- Monitor and coordinate with the accounting department for processing of government benefits, business permits, and other compliances.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any related 4-year course.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
