GMEELAN is a company specializing in innovative solutions and services in the beauty industry.

We’re looking for the HR Admin & Office Administrator role to join our team at our Philippine-based office.
  • Salary range: 30K–55K Philippine Pesos
  • Additional Benefits: Monthly performance-based bonus and transportation allowance
  • Work setting: Onsite (WFO), Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Break: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM)
  • Office address: The Orient Square 1600 Exchange Rd, Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office space, plan areas, allocate workstations, maintain environment, handle facility procurement and related declarations;
  • Asset management, including fixed asset ledger setup, inventory, and optimizing office supply procurement;
  • Organize employee activities and ensure daily supplies to ensure the experience;
  • Screen, contract, and supervise administrative service vendors like property and cleaning;
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment, from needs analysis to offer;
  • Complete other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent English in speaking and writing;
  • 3+ years in HR general affairs or administration, preferring candidates from large companies or with recruitment experience;
  • Proficient in office software, good at data analysis and multi-project management;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, result-driven, responsible and adaptable.
