ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR- Oversee and coordinate assembly line activities
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met
- Maintain product quality and enforce safety compliance
- Lead, train and support assembly personnel
- Identify and resolve operational issues while driving process improvements
- proven supervisory experience in assembly or Manufacturing
- strong leadership, organizational and problem solving skills
- knowledge of quality control and workplace safety standards
- MUST be fluent in Chinese and English languages (spoken and written)
