We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service in our café. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in café or restaurant operations and a passion for creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily café operations
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle cash management, sales reporting, and basic administrative tasks
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and ensuring adequate coverage

Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a café or restaurant setting, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays
