Sales Engineer – Industrial Air Compressors & Vacuum Systems

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to grow our Industrial Air Compressors and Vacuum Systems business. The role focuses on developing new accounts, managing existing customers, and providing technical sales solutions to manufacturing and industrial clients.
Candidates with experience in air compressors, vacuum systems, or industrial equipment sales are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve assigned sales targets for air compressors, vacuum pumps, and related equipment
- Develop and execute sales and territory plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Conduct plant visits, technical discussions, and product presentations
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate compressed air and vacuum solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic technical documentation
- Coordinate with service, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales (air compressors, vacuum systems, or related equipment preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willing to travel for customer visits
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- With valid driver's license (restrictions 1 & 2 preferred)
- Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required
